Objectives:

1.  Recognize severe Cushing's disease as the endocrine emergency and use of 

    etomidate as a life-saving measure

2. Formulate an appropriate monitoring approach to cortisol lowering medications 

3. Define difference between biochemical and clinical recovery that follows Cushing's

    remission and cure
